A Kiddie Date
Just in case i forget what we did on the first date, here's a recap:
- Met at Music 1. Was about to buy some new cds but unfortunately that house sessions 3 sucks big time. and there's that imported 1.3k-cd...
- Ate dinner at Kitchen (MyLK). Had a hefty serving of salad while he had angel hair pomodoro. hehe, he couldn't even pronounce nor spell pomodoro. funny guy. :)
- Accompanied him to nat'l bookstore in gb1. touched the topic of engineering stuffs and other nifties that apparently are only available at adam's. "ewan ko, monopolyo na ata nila yun e", when asked about substance 25 papers
- gobbled at some slammed ice cream at this new parlor where the gb3 foodcourt used to be. hell, it was heavenly. I had Aussie Best Cookies and Cream while he had Double chocolate, both with strawberry toppings. I'm definitely going back there. yum yum! :p
- went to timezone. now this really made my night. it's been a while since i paid that money-sucker a visit. ang sarap maglaro sa timezone. yun lang. :D
- went to powerbooks to look at some books, too bad the store was about to close so we ended up buying nor reading nothing. -_-
- lastly, we went to starbucks for a little bit more of conversation. he had a short cup of mocha and I, while I ordered my usual hot tazo green tea - tall, got instead an iced green tea cream that really tasted like a mixture of chilled green tea and avocado. *belch*
There were instances when he would just nod down and then there would be this awkward silence. I'd hurriedly open a new light topic just to keep that aura away. I hate that. And that's because I was afraid he'd ask me what i don't want him to ask. thank god we didn't even touch the issue. I dunno if i gave away the signs like i want them to be interpreted. If not, and things actually get worse (better for him? dunno), i'm gonna kill myself.
so much for being the dream geek chick. @_@
